EQUIP-HWCs (Equitable, Quality Universal Health Coverage Implementation research Project for optimizing comprehensive primary health care through Health and Wellness Centres) is a multi‑site implementation research and a national health priority project funded by ICMR and the Gates Foundation, conducted in Salumbar district, Rajasthan, in collaboration with the district health department.
This project focuses on developing a successful model to deliver 12 comprehensive primary healthcare services through the public health system across all Health and Wellness Centres, emphasizing quality, equity and core values.
The role of the Deputy Lead – Program Support is to oversee and ensure the smooth execution of the EQUIP project. The Deputy Lead will manage on‑ground activities, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure project deliverables, monitor progress and report.
