Job Description
We are looking for an experienced technical leader to operate as part of a specialist rectification team, pinpointing root causes across asset data governance, PPM and reactive work orders, technical risk management, and alignment of working practices to contract requirements, and designing and implementing effective, practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse operational symptoms including incorrect or incomplete work orders, poor CAFM data quality, and workflow inefficiencies. Investigate issues across the full FM lifecycle, from survey data capture through system input to engineering execution. Perform structured root cause analysis across CAFM system configuration, data standards, governance, and engineer workflows.
