This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fully occupied home, providing exceptional care and support to residents living with dementia.

About the Role

As the Deputy Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the home. This is a dual role, combining management responsibilities with hands-on nursing duties. You will work 40 hours per week, split between 18 hours of management duties and 22 hours as Nurse in Charge.
