AWH Pharmacy is entering a period of significant growth and service redesign, including the commencement of public Cancer Care Pharmacy services at the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre from 28 August 2026.

Recent changes include a significant Pharmacy Team redesign with new senior pharmacist and technician roles, expansion of the intern program, and development of an AdPha‑accredited Residency Program. This reflects a strong commitment to workforce development and advanced practice.

The introduction of public Cancer Care Pharmacy services is a major milestone. It provides an opportunity to further strengthen; clinical governance, integrate services, and support high‑quality, safe care aligned with AWH values and community needs.
