With location in Munich the role requires close collaboration internally with underwriters, PCMs and other Product Leads as well as supporting functions and senior management and externally with key distribution partners.


You will play a pivotal role in assisting the Head of Property EMEA in the overall management of a key Profit Center in AIG EMEA:

+ Assisting Head of Property to lead and expand a USD1bio portfolio through continuously strengthening our value proposition and improving underwriting strategy, while maintaining and reinforcing broker and client relationships, as well as developing and updating product offering.

+ Supporting Head of Property to lead a diversified and cross-cultural team with approx. 100 underwriters, delivering sustainable profitable growth and managing all aspects of EMEA operation.
