Responsibilities

• Report engineering performance plan, progress and results to the Engineering Manager of higher Level.
• Capitalise and share knowledge to develop skills, mobilities and to improve the competitiveness.
• Provide a maturity improvement strategy based on the Operating Model (Process, Practices, Tools, Organisation and Governance, Competencies).
• Build the engineering assessment plan and follow the execution of corrective plans identified through assessments.
• Assign responsibilities in the organisation of engineering support for Engineering Environment process and practice support.
• Manage Head of Discipline, Head of Engineering Deliveries and Head of Engineering Operations.
