Overview

As Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead at Barchester, you will support the delivery of quality care, working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life, leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and regulatory compliance checks.
