Position Overview
Job Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting - Manage the full set of accounts for the Singapore entity in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including management reports and analysis for headquarters.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
- Coordinate intercompany transactions and reconciliations with related entities.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary on statutory matters.
Tax & Compliance - Prepare and support corporate income tax, GST, and withholding tax filings in accordance with Singapore regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal controls, compliance reviews, and audit processes.
