The Deputy Factory Manager supports the Factory Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that factory goals are met efficiently and safely. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining quality standards to drive productivity and performance within the factory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and commit to strategic direction by top management to accomplish long term goals or objectives by analysing factual data and/or reasonable assumptions, taking into consideration.
• Breaking down factory strategies or business initiatives into key asks and identifying accountabilities by aligning communication, people, culture, processes, resources, and system to ensure effective implementation and delivery required results.
• Understanding and utilizing economic, financial and industry data to accurately diagnose production strength and weakness, identifying key issues, developing strategies and plan.
