RPG provides services for the rehabilitation of adult and juvenile offenders and the protection of children and families. POP is responsible for the overall prevention efforts, strategic planning, operations policy, data governance and digital transformation for RPG.

Prevention is a new focal area for MSF and you will lead the Prevention Branch in POP to drive and coordinate RPG’s prevention efforts, to:

• prevent the occurrence of domestic violence, problem gambling and youth offending (‘primary prevention’)
• pre‑empt at‑risk individuals and families from entering into RPG’s system (‘secondary prevention’)
