Requirements

• An appropriate recognised 3 years National Diploma or Degree in Public Management/Business Studies/Social and or Economic Management Sciences, Development Studies/Public Health, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics/Project Management Research at NQF Level 7; Minimum of 5 years proved experience in monitoring and evaluation or related health sector field, with 3 years as Assistant Director; Proven knowledge and experience of National Outcomes-based approach and implementation in Health; Knowledge of Provincial program of action (POA) and Institutional Departmental Annual Performance Plan, Strategic and Operational Plans – development and implementation at facility level; Understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations; Proven multitasking ...
