Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Finance/ Engineering and minimum 12 years experience in an FMCG environment.
Duties/Requirements
- The incumbent must also have an understanding of the finished goods market for margin optimisation and managing key relationships. Considering this is a new role, the responsibilities will be evolving based on the needs of the business and after a SWOT analysis has been conducted on the incumbent.
- Audit current processes to enable the business to identify improvements for streamlining of processes that can result in the system operating on a live basis (live stock reporting dashboards) and ensuring division of duties for risk purposes all to be done in a cost efficient manner. Push reporting on slow & redundant stock.
- Measurement of OEE spec (Centrifuges, packing plant, ETP, Candleplant, etc)
