Responsibilities Prepare and analyze cost comparison Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off Works closely with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Client / Client Representatives and Sub-Contractors to accurately arrive with progress claims and variation claims. Deals with contractual issues between main contractor and client, and those between main contractor and sub-contractors Ensures progressive claims are promptly put up to the client through accurate measurement of actual works accomplished.
