: This employee is a paraprofessional. This position has the unique ability to learn and retain often difficult and ever-changing codified procedures. The front-line positions are the forward-facing positions in the office in each court department as well as in the courtroom. Professional adherence to current office practices and procedures, laws applicable to the role is a must with the ability to take on responsibilities or duties as needed by senior management.

Essential Job Functions

All duties of the Criminal Deputy Clerk are essential functions. There are no supervisory skills required, however they may be tasked with teaching temporary and part-time employees the needed skills to review case information for proper entry in a multitude of state computer systems.
