Deputy Chief Officer - Population Health Improvement

NHS Birmingham, the Black Country and Solihull Cluster Integrated Care Board is seeking an exceptional system leader to join us as Deputy Chief Officer Population Health Improvement. This is a high profile role reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, with responsibility for leading the ICB's population health strategy, prevention agenda and wider system outcomes.

You will provide senior leadership through a commissioning lens to build the infrastructure, insight and partnerships required to improve population health outcomes, reduce inequalities and enable longterm, sustainable change. This includes developing a dynamic, data driven understanding of population need using realtime analytics, predictive modelling and economic analysis to inform strategic planning and decision making.
