Position Overview
Finance leadership & reporting
- Oversee the accuracy, integrity and timely closing of monthly accounts.
- Review general ledger balances and ensure high-quality financial reporting.
- Lead monthly management reporting, MIS preparation, cash-flow forecasts and financial analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, audit standards and group reporting expectations, including IFRS-related requirements.
- Drive a strong compliance culture, ensuring audits are clean, deadlines are respected and financial processes are robust.
Business partnering & performance management
- Act as a true finance business partner to procurement, sales, manufacturing and HR leadership.
