We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our operations team in achieving business goals. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for depot operational matters, including the daily deployment of drivers and crews.

• Handle daily collection incidents and driver feedback from routes, conduct daily GPS checks, capture driver feedback immediately, and sign off the route sheet by the Respective Function Executive to confirm route completion.
• Break routes and assign ad‑hoc CP collection trips during resource shortage situations.
• Manage drivers and crews’ rest days, change‑off, annual leave, and medical leave situations to ensure sufficient resources to deploy all routes.
• Update route sheets from SNF issued, ensuring they are up to date for operational use.
• Prepare and generate ESO for scheduled CP collection trips. <...
