A successful, fast-growing, privately ownedpany that is setting up a new Distribution Centre in Dorset, which will hold stock and deliver to their customers in the Southern Region.

Your new role

Reporting into the business owner, you will establish a Distribution Centre, initially with 5-6 staff in the Warehouse, 8 drivers (CPC NOT essential), and 2 customer service staff, and likely to expand from there. The site is already secured, so the successful candidate will work with the owner to take best practices and proven processes from their main DC at Head Office, and then work through the start-up phase to get the Poole site up and running, then continue to refine processes while leading and ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
