Position Overview

The SAP Testing Lead is responsible for defining, coordinating, and executing the testing strategy for SAP solutions, ensuring quality, stability, and alignment with business requirements across implementations, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the SAP testing strategy (unit, integration, UAT, regression).
• Lead and coordinate QA functional and technical teams.
• Plan testing cycles, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Design and oversee the creation of test cases and test scripts.
• Manage defects and track them through resolution.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Ensure quality across integrations between SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.).
