Job Summary
The Department Secretaryβs responsibilities include the coordination of administrative duties and public relations duties with their given program/department.

+ Maintains a line of communication between the patient, family, clinical staff and team members
+ Performs receptionist and clerical duties including but not limited to: monitoring and maintaining the electronic medical record, coordinating communication between patients and medical staff, greeting and checking in patients and families, utilizing the computer for data
