Implement organization security policies and procedures
Monitor internal control system to ensure that appropriate security clearance is maintained within the organization
Develop and implement local security programs and procedures consistent with corporate standards and country specific legal requirement which are necessary to safeguard the company.
Manage and ensure continuous improvement of all security measures. Against shoplifting theft, burglary, pilferage, robbery, fraud or any other site-specific criminal actions.
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with local police and law enforcement agencies.
Develop and accomplish agreed security business plans annually.
Responsible for the local leadership and deployment of all processes and systems to mitigate security risk to the company.
