Title: Department Manager


Job Description: At O’Connor Family McDonald’s, our purpose is to “Serve Feel Good Moments for Everyone, Every time, Everywhere.” A Department Manager directly supports the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in one or more of the following areas: People, Kitchen or Guest Service. The Department Manager is also responsible for making sure the restaurant meets our standards for excellence in the areas of Safety, Quality, Friendly and Fast.


The Department Manager is responsible for the day-to-day restaurant performance within their department by leading important internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Guest Satisfaction.
