Position Overview
About the Role - Assist the Dental Surgeon in all dental surgery cases (OT and clinic settings).
- Sterilize instruments, prepare treatment areas and ensure that all necessary materials are ready for use during all procedures.
- Support specialised cases including paediatric, trauma, and jaw surgery cases.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene.
- Handle clinic counter and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing payments.
- Conduct audits across clinic branches covering: Documentation compliance, Licensing requirements, Equipment and machine checks, Medication stock and controls, SOP adherence.
- Conduct training & education for healthcare staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager or Dental Surgeon.
