As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Community Health Center Inc. is proud to serve as an eligible practice site for clinicians participating in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Scholarship Programs and multiple HRSA loan repayment programs across Medical, BH and Dental. Community Health Center Inc. maintains strong HPSA scores of 19 for primary medical care, 21 for mental health, and 25 for dental services.
