Looking for someone with good attention to detail, experience with correspondence, mailing/submitting appeals (if possible), data entry. Minimum 2 years of healthcare or revenue cycle experience Specific Skills : Prepare and submit appeals, reconsiderations, and redeterminations for denied claims Review accounts and payer guidelines to determine appropriate appeal strategies Draft non-clinical appeal letters for outpatient and pre-authorization denials Compile and submit supporting documentation including medical records Handle resubmissions and track previously submitted appeals Process incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, fax, portals) Maintain accurate documentation in accounts receivable systems
