He/she assists in managing the cold section of the kitchen and ensures that all outlet operations run smoothly. This includes preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, coordinating with other kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Our Expectations: Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and quality for all Cold outlets in the culinary department (Breakfast Buffet/Brunch/Banquets/Club Lounge) Maintain the cold kitchen ensuring all items are prepared accurately and on time for each service. Set up and maintain mise en place for the cold section throughout the shift, replenishing as necessary.
