Our client a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Sushi to join the culinary team in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes in accordance with the hotel's standards, ensuring an authentic and exceptional dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station.
- Assist the Senior Sushi Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and stored properly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet service times.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the kitchen team.
