Position Overview
1. 协助主厨完成厨房日常运营管理,包括食材验收、库存管理及成本控制;
2. 按照标准菜谱和出品规范,组织并指导团队完成菜品制作与装盘,确保出品质量与食品安全;
3. 负责所辖岗位员工的排班协调、操作指导与基础培训,保障后厨工作有序高效运行;
4. 执行厨房卫生、设备维护及安全操作规范,配合完成各项内外部检查。
1. 具备1年及以上正规餐饮企业后厨工作经验,有西餐或融合菜系厨房实操经历者优先;
2. 熟悉厨房基本操作流程、食品安全法规相关要求;
3. 具备良好的团队协作意识、沟通表达能力及基础管理潜质;
4. 身体健康,无传染性疾病,能适应餐饮行业弹性工作时间与快节奏环境。
