  JOB DUTIES:   
 To help coordinate and manage the demand & supply planning process with the aim to create a reliable, unbiased unconstrained demand plan on a specific horizon and perimeter. 
 Use forecast accuracy metrics to draw insights and make recommendations on forecasting modes and mix optimization. 
 Identify biases in forecasting methods (Statistical Forecast, Delfor, Backlog, etc....
