The Demand Planning Manager forecasts product demand, maintains optimal inventory, aligns supply chain activities with business goals, analyzes sales data, collaborates with teams, develops forecasts, mitigates risks, and improves demand planning processes for customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data to generate accurate demand forecasts, align sales targets with merchandising teams, and create rolling 18-month forecasts based on specific parameters.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of demand planners to achieve departmental goals and optimize the demand planning process.
• S&OP Implementation: Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between sales & operations, merchandizing and supply chain activities to meet business objectives and optimize demand planning.
