The IBP Demand Planner is responsible for developing and managing an accurate, unbiased demand forecast as a key input into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. This role bridges commercial, financial, and operational planning by translating market intelligence, promotional activity, and historical data into a consensus demand plan aligned with company objectives.

The IBP Demand Planner ensures demand plans are realistic (corrected for Bias), risk-assessed, and financially aligned to support executive decision-making and cross-functional supply chain optimization.
