Demand Manager - Johannesburg - 2 Month Contract 

Role Description and Responsibilities:

Perform the role of the Demand Manager

o Management of the idea and demand management end-to-end process and pipeline

o Working with the Business partners to review and complete the request documents with all the

relevant information (quality assure) in prep for the FDC approval

o Identifying improvements to the process and system requirements for

o Reviewing and updating of the requests in Service Now based on the outcome pf the various

forums

o Preparing the presentations and presenting the Demand items at the fortnightly Functional Demand

Council and ITLT Business Management Meetings.

o Reporting on the status of demand at various forums
