Job Description
We’re seeking an IT Program Manager with expertise in Transportation & Logistics Program Management to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across transportation, delivery management, and supply chain operations. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale programs, with a strong focus on DOT compliance, on-time fulfillment (OTF), driver exceptions, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

The ideal candidate brings deep program lifecycle experience, strong people leadership, and the ability to partner confidently with executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and deliver large, cross-functional transportation and logistics programs aligned to enterprise strategy
• Oversee program planning, scheduling, budgeting, pricing, and technical execution
• Drive stakeholder alignment across operations, IT, vendors, and executive leadership
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across interdependent initiatives
