Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across Core HR, TA Ops, HRIS, Case Management, Payroll & Benefits
• Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and stable delivery across geographies
• Drive productivity, automation, and cost optimization initiatives
• Lead HR transformation programs including RPA, GenAI & Agentic AI solutions
• Act as primary interface for client HR Operations leadership
• Manage governance reviews, risk mitigation, and executive escalations
• Lead transitions, service migrations, and expansion programs
• Manage large, distributed teams, delivery managers, and tower leads
• Drive data-led performance management and service maturity improvements
• Support client visits, solution discussions, and showcase transformation success stories
