The Role: IT Delivery Manager

Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

• 5+ years IT delivery/project management experience;
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies;
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA , MS Project (or equivalent tools);
• ITIL framework knowledge; experience in complex IT project delivery;
• Proven experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
