Our client, a leading Workplace Solutions provider is looking for a Delivery Manager.
As the Delivery Manager your remit is to lead, drive and deliver the Group’s transformation programme and associated change activities by embedding robust governance, practices and methodologies that drive continuous improvement and collaboration.
Change & Transformation Responsibilities
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration Direction of business travel, ambition and transformation to create an aligned and realistic change portfolio Prioritisation of the change portfolio, ensuring this is aligned to the business strategy Embedding and monitoring of an effective organisational design of the change function to deliver future and existing demands of the portfolio Cost & Benefit Realisation
