The Delivery Lead is responsible for elevating the organization’s delivery capability by fostering a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and human centered collaboration. This role partners with teams, product leaders, engineering leaders, and executives to guide the adoption and maturity of the Agile mindset. This role serves as a mentor, facilitator, and change agent, helping teams improve ways of working, strengthen product engagement, and achieve measurable outcomes that align with strategic business value. This role will contribute to the overall success of the Global Cash Management Engineering teams to elevate our team’s growth potential and execute on top organizational priorities.
