Position Overview
**Description**
Partner with global and regional sales, education and marketing teams to develop and implement consistent curricula to support a blended⁃learning strategy to promote, grow sales, and help build the brand name in the textured hair market. Represent the brand as a textured hair ambassador across multiple channels and leverage professional technical authority to attract new consumers to the brand while engaging and retaining existing consumer base.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop social and virtual selling content that drives consumer awareness and conversion across all business channels.
+ Develop and implement course offerings to support field education, sales and product launch initiatives, including virtual trainings, in⁃business programs, calendar classes, events and train⁃the⁃trainer programs.
