Job Summary: A Service Clerk (Deli) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests. S/he are responsible for the merchandise in the deli department, which includes: receiving, stocking, preparing, slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, rotating, and merchandising the department’s products. Deli products include, but are not limited to: deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, gourmet, and specialty items. As a team member of Pete’s Fresh Market it is important that Pete’s Four Pillars of Value, Aesthetic, Quality, and Customer Service are always exemplified.
