Responsibilities

1. Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
2. Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed
3. Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests' questions verbally and clearly
4. Accurately write down guests' orders and enter into POS system, in a timely manner
5. Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
6. Ability to assess guests' demeanor and identify when to summon a Manager
