Current vacancy for a Decarbonisation Project Manager for a leading housing provider.

This role is available on a fixed term basis until September 2029, salary £59k plus benefits.

Duties will include;

To lead the successful delivery of the Wave 3 retrofit programme (c.400 homes over a 3-year period), ensuring:

Full compliance with DESNZ funding conditions and PAS 2035/2030.
Effective financial management and accurate reporting.
Delivery of programme outputs within agreed timescales.
High levels of resident satisfaction and value for money.
Strong governance, risk management and audit assurance.
The postholder will act as an intelligent client, managing consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality retrofit outcomes.
