**Deburr Technician**

Location: Monroe or Arlington, WA

Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:15 AM (overtime/weekends as needed)

Pay: $20-25/hr, DOE

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a hands-on Machinist / Deburr Technician to support the finishing and preparation of precision metal components. This role focuses on drilling, tapping, deburring, grinding, and finishing parts to tight tolerances using a variety of hand and power tools.

You’ll work with high-performance materials such as aluminum, titanium, and Inconel in a fast-paced production environment that emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
