Role Overview

The Debtors Clerk will play a pivotal role with assisting the Operational Team by providing full debtors support in order to ensure effective and efficient financial operations at the Depot.

Debtors Administration

• Handle the full debtors duties.
• Capturing invoices, matching it with a PO raised by someone else. Also creating PO's on Ad-hoc stuff themselves.
• Ensuring statements received from Vendors in order to do a full reconciliation.
• Loading payment.
