Our client is part of a wider UK group employing over 500 people nationwide and is now seeking a dynamic Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing department.
In this varied and hands-on position, you will personally manage a defended caseload, utilising a case management system to progress matters efficiently and effectively. You will review complex or high-value pre-legal debts, assess suitability for litigation, and take ownership of claims across small claims, fast track, intermediate and multi-track.
