Debt Recovery Solicitor
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Debt Recovery Solicitor to join our client, a successful and respected law firm. The successful candidate will manage and progress a portfolio of debt recovery cases on behalf of corporate and individual clients, provide expert legal advice, ensure effective resolution of outstanding debts, and supervise a small team of junior solicitors or paralegals.

Debt Recovery Solicitor - Key Responsibilities

Manage and progress a caseload of debt recovery matters from pre-action through to enforcement.

Advise clients on their rights, obligations, and recovery strategies under relevant legislation.

Draft and issue letters of claim, court proceedings, and associated legal documentation.

Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with debtors where appropriate.
