The Deals Tax team collaborates with the Deals practice to advise on tax implications in transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Recovery Services, and Real Estate. As part of the broader Corporate Tax network, they work across specialisms to add value and support clients throughout the deal lifecycle.
Operating nationally, the team ensures clients have access to the best expertise and provides extensive opportunities for team members. The international client base includes multinational organizations, private equity firms, start-ups, and owner-managed businesses.
