As an Accounting Software Trainer, you will deliver training and support to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). You’ll lead virtual sessions via phone and online platforms and provide onsite training during new client software installations. Your role is key to ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience. This position is based at our Milton, Ontario office and requires regular travel to customer sites across Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent working from the office, while the other 50% will involve onsite visits.
