A well-established automotive retail group is seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to take full leadership of a high-performing passenger vehicle dealership.

This role is responsible for the overall operational leadership, performance, and growth of the dealership, ensuring strong alignment with OEM standards, group expectations, and customer service excellence.

The successful candidate will be a proven dealership leader with the ability to manage all departments within a franchised passenger vehicle environment and drive sustainable business performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) essential
