- Dealer Network Development & Performance
- Drive network planning and coverage expansion, ensuring strategic presence across markets to maximize business potential.
- Design and implement workshops aligned with corporate identity (CI) norms, optimizing dealer infrastructure and service readiness.
- Conduct periodic dealer performance reviews to assess business health, profitability, and customer experience outcomes.
- Identify underperforming dealerships, recommend improvement plans, and oversee implementation through cross-functional collaboration.
- Strengthen dealer capability through structured engagement, capability-building, and performance enhancement programs.
- Partner with field teams to ensure uniform brand experience across all customer touchpoints such as sales and aftersales.
