Position Overview
The Deal Operations Analyst supports the end-to-end deal lifecycle by partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure customer deals are accurately structured, policy-compliant, and executed efficiently. This role serves as a key point of support for non-standard deals, order booking, and approval workflows, helping balance deal velocity with revenue accuracy and risk management.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional individual contributor role focused on operational excellence and scalable processes.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Desk Support
+ Review and support standard and non-standard sales deals, including pricing, discounting, and key commercial terms
+ Ensure deals align with internal approval, pricing, and revenue policies
+ Provide guidance to Sales on deal structure, required approvals, and next steps
+ Prepare and route deal approvals through established workflows
